  Sample Pack and Ship Program    
                             
    We offer a partnership approach with Hazmat Sample Shippers to provide total sample packaging, hazmat 
    documentation and coordination of the air freight forwarding process by using FEDEX, DHL, and     
    international airlines to all global destinations.                
                             
    In our 15 year history doing business in Houston, no competitor has matched our technical knowledge,   
    enthusiasm for service, and over all ability to package and transport samples.  Under our plan, you will 
    be able to discontinue daily packaging and the documentation of samples by turning this function over to   
    Chemtran.  Operationally, your daily sampling responsibilities would be reduced to filling the bottles, 
    providing MSDSs, and completing a shipping instructions form.  Chemtran fulfills the rest.      
                             
    Unlike typical freight forwarders, we have the personnel, tools, and knowledge to complete your entire 
    shipment packaging process in less than 12 hours.  The process is finalized by offering each shipment to 
    a domestic carrier such as FEDEX and DHL; or deliver to an international airline the following day.  We 
    are commercially insured, and take full responsibility for these job functions- saving you time and 
    money, while avoiding risk.                     
                             
                             
    Key elements of Pack and Ship service include:            
                             
    - Scheduled weekly arrival at your facility as needed  
    - Sample packaging on site        
    - Hazmat documentation on site          
    - Transport of samples to Chemtran, Houston             
        (near Bush Intercontinental Airport)          
    - Perform re-packaging into IATA regulation containers with hazardous     
        marks and shipping labels            
    - Create hazardous material documentation        
    - Create Commercial Invoice documents        
    - Fill out FEDEX, DHL air-bills (when applicable)        
    - Coordinate all aspects of International air carrier         
        documents and arrangements        
    - Sending flight details to all parties via email        
    - Tracking shipments for proof of delivery        
    - Arrangement of Customs clearance and delivery with agents over seas     
        (when necessary)            
    - Provide manifest report including cost centers, pieces, weight, destination,   
        and mode of transport for your records ( bi weekly)

    Cost saving may vary depending on your daily volume of samples.
